The best browser for Windows 8 as experienced by us, www.suprtechno.blogspot.com the website was displayed faster and smoothly on Google Chrome than on Internet Explorer 10 (as compared on two browsers Google Chrome & Internet Explorer 10),so according to us Google Chrome is preferably better than Internet Explorer 10,and is better.
We have also tested the same on Windows 7 & we got the same results.
