So today I have come with a solution to fix it . First Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer which is available as a free download in http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=35 . After you downloaded and completed the process of installing it . Then Run Fruit Ninja HD and enjoy . This game was tested by me & it worked , Hope this works for you.
